Hello, I’m Quantina. I specialized in individual, community mental health and family counseling. I have worked with countless youth & families across the Detroit Metropolitan area in various settings (academic, church, and recreational etc.) since 1999. I am passionate about individuals developing & reaching their fullest potential in efforts to have peace in every area of their life. I received my bachelor's degree in May of 2009 from Rochester College in Counseling Psychology.
I completed my master's degree in Social Work at Wayne State University with a focus in Cognitive Behavior Therapy. During my undergraduate studies I developed and implemented an outreach program for youth ages 6 to 18 on campus at Rochester College called Y.E.S.S (Youth, Equipped, Saved to Serve). While conducting the outreach program I was able to engage and connect with the youth & their families on a variety of complex & diverse issues which fueled my passion to become a Clinical Therapist.
