About Alana

Things we can help with

I have been a clinical therapist since 2010 and I am excited to be apart of the Renewal family! I'm blessed that this is my career and I have the opportunity to counsel people. I get to be an instrument that God can use to help people have hope that fosters awareness in bringing change to their minds, hearts, and behaviors which gives them a new start to life.

My specialties are trauma/abuse, children/adolescents, and substance use/addictions. I have 8+ years of experience working with the substance use population which has given me the ability to work in collaboration with the courts and mental health population. I also enjoy running groups to help clients with substance use and mental health issues.

I have become an Author of my published book "Rescued." Some of my interests are: traveling, spending time with family, friends by the lake. Attending concerts, Watching football, theatre, music, cooking, and gardening.

About Renewal

About Renewal

At Renewal Christian Counseling Center, we help restore what life has broken. For more than 25 years, we have cared for children, teens, adults, couples, and families through compassionate, clinically excellent mental health and substance use services.

As a CARF-accredited outpatient counseling center, we offer evidence-based care through a team of master’s- and doctoral-level clinicians. Every treatment plan is personalized, thoughtful, and built around the belief that healing is possible.

We practice Person-Centered Planning, which means your goals, your values, and your voice help shape the counseling process. We come alongside you with care that is tailored, respectful, and centered on the kind of growth you want to pursue.

Renewal is authentically Christian, though not affiliated with any one church or denomination. Faith can be part of the counseling process for those who want it, and every person is welcomed with respect, compassion, and dignity.
