Ashley VandeMark

Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Ferris State University and her Master of Social Work from Spring Arbor University. Her career has been dedicated to serving children, individuals, and families through child welfare, advocacy, and community-based services. As a proud military veteran, Ashley’s years of service strengthened her commitment to integrity, humility, compassion, and serving others.

Ashley considers counseling a calling rooted in a lifelong commitment to serving others. After years of walking alongside children and families through crisis, trauma, loss, and uncertainty, she followed Christ’s leading into clinical counseling. Ashley takes a person-centered, strengths-based approach, believing every person has inherent worth because they are created in the image of God and every story deserves compassion, dignity, and grace.

As a Christian counselor, Ashley believes true healing involves caring for the whole person- mind, body, and spirit. She welcomes the opportunity to integrate biblical truth into counseling when it aligns with each client’s goals. Whether you are facing a difficult season or simply feeling overwhelmed, Ashley strives to create a place where you can be honest, find hope, and take meaningful steps forward. She believes no one was meant to carry life’s burdens alone and considers it an honor to walk alongside clients as they pursue healing and the life God has created them to live.
